It's an Earth holiday. On October 31st, kids put on costumes and go around their neighborhood knocking on doors and asking for candy. It's called Trick or Treating. Adults sometimes dress up too, but they're usually either with the kids, or at parties, rather than Trick or Treating themselves. Some people use it as an excuse to do cause minor problems like egg houses or smash mailboxes.
