Incidents:
-
Sveta accidentally cursed the Barge. Everyone was affected, although some more than others, and the affects generally seemed to cause the affected to have various forms of bad luck. Cooper shot her to end it, and was dealt with by his warden.
- Before Cooper got involved, Barron attacked Sveta and Howie, seriously injuring the latter before he was hurt as well.
- Jim Profit was poisoned during the incident by what was apparently one of Mozenrath's potions, although Snape and Mozenrath both deny his involvement. Nygma - while under the influence of the incident - attempted to break into Mozenrath's room to find an antidote.
- Morrigan cursed Sveta after the event ended.
- Irving Braxiatel was killed during the event. [Deleted as per Narvin's request.]

All these incidents have been dealt with, but if anyone has extra questions or something to bring up, feel free to bring it up here or with the involved parties. I was unconscious for most of the event, so I'm probably missing a few details here and there.

As for other unresolved issues, does anyone know where Hoffman got the heroin to attack Amanda?

Arrivals:
Wardens: Denise Mahoney, Bruce Banner, Sherlock Holmes (a different one), John Watson, Black Jack, Jack Shephard, the T-X, Tony Stark, Remus Lupin, Will Graham (returned after depature)
Inmates: Eddie Brock, Strelnikov, Zorg, Jim Moriarty
Departures:
Wardens: Miranda Bailey (vanished)
Inmates: Sylvanas Windrunner, Ardent (both vanished)
bargeblotter: (Howie)
Violent incidents:

- I know I'm jumping the gun a little, as Sarah probably hasn't even sorted out what happened yet - but there's a very big question from this. Amanda Young was allegedly attacked by Mark Hoffman using heroin. How has an inmate got his hands on narcotics and been allowed to keep them? I won't report what actually happened, as I don't know, but that question needs answering.

- [A MASSIVE ETA:] Sarah Harding has reported here both the attack on her inmate, and admitted to a disproportionate violent response against Mark Hoffman. I will be following suggested procedure here in discussing whether disciplinary action is necessary, and in that case, what. In doing so, I would appreciate it if Luke Cage could give a statement of his version of events and if Morrigan could speak on Mark Hoffman's behalf once he has regained consciousness as to if there is a need for action to be taken.

If you would like to discuss this, please do not do so here, wait until I have organised an official discussion of disciplinary action. Even if you do not think it is necessary, there will be opportunity then to say so.

In accordance with the given procedure, I have accounted for Sarah Harding and vouched for her ability to do her job until a decision has been made. If any further illegitimate action is taken by her, I am also to be considered accountable.

Floods/Ports

- there was a flood on the 27th and 28th. Did anyone actually work out exactly what happened in it?

General announcements/requests

- Pursuant to K asking earlier about experienced educators (I seem to have lost where it was, I'm really sorry about that) and Dick recently following up on an offer to teach self defence, I have a suggestion: I think we should make a list available to all wardens of people's skills, and whether they're willing or able to teach them. Obviously, any list would be opt-in, and the only things that go on the list are what you want. It's mostly for convenience, but if anyone thinks that'll be useful, I'll start one this afternoon.

- Dr Jones made a request for people to work in the infirmary. All enquiries of that nature should be directed to her.

- [an ETA which is not an ETA, as I just forgot] Mr Nygma reported a pool cue missing. Has anyone found it yet, as it is a potentially dangerous weapon and shouldn't go unaccounted for for long.

- Equally, we agreed to a person for each floor to check common rooms for missing items - the following have been assigned:

1 - nobody as yet. Please volunteer if you live on 1.
2 - Edward Nygma.
3 - Nobody as yet. Same as 1.
4 - Nobody as yet, same as 1.
5 - Narvin
6 - K
7 - Neil Howie
8 - Chromie.

Misc:

- Why is there still a hideous mural on the seventh floor? Do we even know who did that?
- The deck hawk seems to be in the possession of Persephone.
- The garden is now in sole charge of Charlie Crews, due to Armand St Just's resignation.

Arrivals:
Wardens: Zuko

Departures:
Wardens: Captain Kirk (temporary)
Inmates: Jason Todd, John Doe (graduation)

Apologies if I've missed anything, I seem to have only half my notes here. Also, if you haven't done it yet, make sure to have your weapons added to the catalogue.

((ooc: This is posted just after today's plot starts. Just so I could have Howie lose bits of his notes. And yes. Howie will be mentioning that catalogue every week.))

Port:
From June 17 to June 20th, we pulled into port at Orbital Station 19, a futuristic space station. Several people fell overboard, and I assume got pulled back, since no one's made panicky posts about people going missing. The people who fell overboard were assimilated into the society of the port with no memories of the Barge, and if anything happened specifically in port, I'm afraid my rescue mission took most of my attention from the network. Is everyone accounted for, and is there anything people want to bring to attention?

Incidents/Warnings:
- David kidnapped his warden, Jason Bourne, and impersonated him for several days. Slick and potentially others were involved, but a formal report was never made, so questions should probably be tossed to Bourne for now, who eventually freed himself with the help of some wardens (and apparently Heero Yuy [Edited in later:] and Slade Wilson?) and reported it here.
  • [Edited in:] Bourne was held in Hoffman's room for the duration of the impersonation. Will Graham, Slade Wilson and Heero Yuy rescued Bourne, and Slick was somehow involved in the incident as well. Any further questions can be directed to Bourne, Graham, the inmates themselves or the inmate's respective wardens.
- Snape made an announcement regarding the new arrival, Sirius Black.
- Kay reported that his inmate, William Cooper, wasn't taking reentry to the Barge well. Cooper later broke into Jim Kirk's room and was taken to Zero by Kay.

Arrivals: Wanda Maximoff, Sirius Black, Leezar, Harold
Disappearances: Treize Kushrenada, Andrew Wells, Ariadne
Departures: Bruce Wayne, Edward Nygma, Armand St. Just (Bruce and Nygma have returned to the Barge at this time, as has Armand)

Next week's report will be done by Steph.

[ Text ]

Many reports were filed at the beginning of this week, I think I got all of them.

4/24:
K reported finding Cissie, killed by a vampire. Loki was killed as well.
Dick reported several kidnappings by Eddie Brock, whom Eddie Nygma assures us has been taken care of.
4/25:
Hoffman attacked Dracula with pencils. They both seem to be fine.
4/26:
Tim reported that Bruce Wayne is in a coma. His current condition is unknown. Infirmary?
Ariadne reported that Heero is also in a coma. Infirmary?
Aleera has confessed to the murder of Cissie, although due to the influence of the flood this and other similar crimes have been given acquittal.
Snape reported a presumably similar incident in which he and his inmate got into a fight.
Edward Sexby also confessed to the attempted murder of Narvin under the influence of the flood.
Sarah Harding found some disturbing sketches in Hoffman's room, although I am no longer aware what action is being taken on this front.

Although it's encouraged that you report any other serious incidents that took place during the flood as I was indisposed to keep records for the time being, please keep in mind that nobody was in control of their actions and for the most part such situations are being treated as accidental.

4/28:
Rex shot Narvin and Una. Both are alive, Narvin in the infirmary. Rex was taken down to Zero. Somebody needs to let him out, as he wasn't in his right mind at the time.

Yesterday, K, Narvin, Sherlock Holmes, Howie and I checked through our records while looking into the mass amnesia on board. Chang, Una, Paddy, Parker, Sarah, Nygma, Chuck, Bourne and I were all involved in efforts to remove the problem, and Laura Palmer was able to throw him overboard. Nobody should be surprised, but I can't seem to remember who it was.

I think Azula is the only person who has left the ship without being thrown overboard.

As usual, if I missed anything, let me know.

And yes, I spent a long time writing this, so no, I don't want to argue about who should be punished for what and how and why but if anybody wants to get some coffee, I'm game.

Oh right. And if anybody is still experiencing memory problems, check in with the infirmary.
bargeblotter: (Dick)
We haven't had one of these for a while, so this is basically covering everything that happened from January 29th until today. If I've missed anything, let me know, because I'm sure I haven't covered everything.

Three weeks on the Barge ahoy. )
