Warden Incident Report - 18 February - filed by Dick Grayson for Neil Howie

We haven't had one of these for a while, so this is basically covering everything that happened from January 29th until today. If I've missed anything, let me know, because I'm sure I haven't covered everything.

• Deaths:
  
  • Franklin Mott died. Hayley Stark was involved, and the situation was taken care of by Robert Capa. Since it happened at the beginning of the month, I'm pretty sure everything was under control long ago, but any further questions should be directed towards Capa or Olivia.
  
  
  • Clapet produced and distributed some poisonous wine, accidentally poisoning himself in the process. Was anyone else affected by it?
  
  
  • Neil Howie was kidnapped, tortured and killed killed by John Doe. Doe was incarcerated in Zero. He did receive further punishment, and questions can be directed towards Will Graham.
  
  
  • Mark Hoffman was murdered by Amanda Young, and she injured herself in the process. We're still uncertain where she got the knife, and both her and Hoffman's rooms were searched by myself, Ariadne and Donny to make sure they weren't storing anything else potentially dangerous as both expressed interest in continuing to maim each other. Amanda's room was clean, but Hoffman had several objects that could easily be used to injure someone else, and they are now in the possession of his warden, Saito. Amanda's injuries were treated and for the time being she is still in Zero.


• Floods:


• From February 7th to around February 9th, most people developed seemingly useless new abilities or quirks with seemingly no pattern behind them.


• From February 16th until earlier today, one half of each warden/inmate partnership fell in love with the other. Unpaired wardens were - for lack of a better word - stalked by the Admiral while unpaired inmates tried to win his affections.


• Miscellaneous:


• Randal's put himself in charge of the library with the Fifth Doctor's departure. His actual authority has been disputed.


• Sarah Harding reported a tranquilizer gun missing. Has it turned up yet and if not, where have we already looked?


• Data's currently out of commission, but Commander Tucker's working to make sure everything's fine. Anyone want to check in on his inmate in the meantime?


• Arrivals:
