We can all see the influx of visitors-by-journal, so I won't say any more about it than that.
In all, it's been relatively quiet since the last report filed by Stephanie, apart from thegrandstanding and cock-swinging discussions over accountability, discipline of one's inmates, and the occasional threat. If you have anything to report beyond that, please comment.

- The situation with Edgar Parker was resolved; he had, as reported by Persephone, consumed Arthas' blood (? Does he even have blood?) and turned into... something similar to Arthas. He was dealt with by Spike, Persephone, Stephanie Brown, Tirion Fordring and myself. He is now in the infirmary and back to his usual self, and no longer a threat.
- Ana Lewis died in an accidental fire in the bathrooms during the blackout.
- There was another case of disturbance in the journal system, similar to in May on Tuesday, and only for a day, at best. I don't think anything serious came from this. Did anybody manage to find out what caused it, or was it another one of those things?
- There's a television missing from the seventh floor common room. Did that just... disappear?
Anything else that needs to be publicly discussed, or further information, inform me and I'll add it.
