Violent incidents:

- I know I'm jumping the gun a little, as Sarah probably hasn't even sorted out what happened yet - but there's a very big question from this. Amanda Young was allegedly attacked by Mark Hoffman using heroin. How has an inmate got his hands on narcotics and been allowed to keep them? I won't report what actually happened, as I don't know, but that question needs answering.

- [A MASSIVE ETA:] Sarah Harding has reported here both the attack on her inmate, and admitted to a disproportionate violent response against Mark Hoffman. I will be following suggested procedure here in discussing whether disciplinary action is necessary, and in that case, what. In doing so, I would appreciate it if Luke Cage could give a statement of his version of events and if Morrigan could speak on Mark Hoffman's behalf once he has regained consciousness as to if there is a need for action to be taken.

If you would like to discuss this, please do not do so here, wait until I have organised an official discussion of disciplinary action. Even if you do not think it is necessary, there will be opportunity then to say so.

In accordance with the given procedure, I have accounted for Sarah Harding and vouched for her ability to do her job until a decision has been made. If any further illegitimate action is taken by her, I am also to be considered accountable.

Floods/Ports

- there was a flood on the 27th and 28th. Did anyone actually work out exactly what happened in it?

General announcements/requests

- Pursuant to K asking earlier about experienced educators (I seem to have lost where it was, I'm really sorry about that) and Dick recently following up on an offer to teach self defence, I have a suggestion: I think we should make a list available to all wardens of people's skills, and whether they're willing or able to teach them. Obviously, any list would be opt-in, and the only things that go on the list are what you want. It's mostly for convenience, but if anyone thinks that'll be useful, I'll start one this afternoon.

- Dr Jones made a request for people to work in the infirmary. All enquiries of that nature should be directed to her.

- [an ETA which is not an ETA, as I just forgot] Mr Nygma reported a pool cue missing. Has anyone found it yet, as it is a potentially dangerous weapon and shouldn't go unaccounted for for long.

- Equally, we agreed to a person for each floor to check common rooms for missing items - the following have been assigned:

1 - nobody as yet. Please volunteer if you live on 1.
2 - Edward Nygma.
3 - Nobody as yet. Same as 1.
4 - Nobody as yet, same as 1.
5 - Narvin
6 - K
7 - Neil Howie
8 - Chromie.

Misc:

- Why is there still a hideous mural on the seventh floor? Do we even know who did that?
- The deck hawk seems to be in the possession of Persephone.
- The garden is now in sole charge of Charlie Crews, due to Armand St Just's resignation.

Arrivals:
Wardens: Zuko

Departures:
Wardens: Captain Kirk (temporary)
Inmates: Jason Todd, John Doe (graduation)

Apologies if I've missed anything, I seem to have only half my notes here. Also, if you haven't done it yet, make sure to have your weapons added to the catalogue.

((ooc: This is posted just after today's plot starts. Just so I could have Howie lose bits of his notes. And yes. Howie will be mentioning that catalogue every week.))

- Last week's flood turned out to be one where you had things you had done wrong turned back on yourself. I'm led to believe all effects, vermin infestations included, are dealt with and gone.

- As a sub note to that, during the flood - Rinzler died, and Ardent appeared to be framed for the murder. Once Rinzler was revived, he explained the actual events surrounding his death, and Ardent did not hurt or injure Rinzler. Subsequent matters have been dealt with between his warden and others.

- Here, Sarah Harding reported two previous incidents involving her inmate, and suggested some sort of psychological training for any wardens interested.

- Narvin and myself put forward a proposal as to the application of justice between wardens. Any further input on this would be much appreciated, and very useful. On that note, it was suggested in addition to that proposal that we require a minimum vote to ensure a punishment is carried out.

- As best reported by K here, Edward Sexby attacked the Marquis de Sade. Agent K has taken some level of responsibility for making sure justice is met, and I leave that matter in his, and anyone else willing's hands.

His inmate still requires someone to watch her. I cannot properly answer questions on this due to some level of personal involvement at the moment, please direct them to Agent K or the parties involved.

The next report will be filed by Una Persson, as we swapped this week. great timing on my part.

A month's worth of posts. )

((ooc: I've probably missed some stuff, because my f-list didn't go back that far. Howie's also missed some stuff as he wasn't here for it, and I know there's two deaths missed off; Elle's and Mal's/Costigan's. That's deliberate, because he doesn't know about the second and the first, he's not writing up where everyone can see it. Lemme know, send me a note if there's anything missing/in there that shouldn't.

Also: Note to new folks - these are automatically warden-filtered.))

Events in port:

- Coordinator Narvin and Sergeant Donny Donowitz got in a fight - I believe this was a misunderstanding and nothing more, but further explanation from either wouldn't go amiss.

- Agent William Cooper (aka: Kevin Brown. More on that in a second) and Captain Kirk also got in a fight.

- I might be missing things here, as I spent a lot of port indisposed - please let me know if there's anything that needs to go in this part.

Since port:

- Agent K would like to inform everyone: His inmate has been using the alias 'Kevin Brown' and telling people he's a warden - he is actually Agent William Cooper, a CIA operative and should be considered dangerous, even if unarmed. He's certainly not a warden.

- Una Persson and Cissie King-Jones are indisposed (I think that's everyone that is); who's watching their inmates?

- Coordinator Narvin and Rex appear to have had an accident in the lab involving mistletoe - reportedly 'vaporised', and it seems to have led to... slightly out of character festive cheer. The people I've noticed so far that are affected are Narvin, Rex, Rayne, Adam, The Borg Queen I really shouldn't find that funny., Capa, Miss Parker, T'Pol... I think that's it. Some people, I can't tell the difference. Agent K, are you alright? Has anyone returned to normal?

- Also, has anyone actually tried weed killer on the mistletoe? I'm really starting to hate them.

As I said, I think I might have missed a few things, so tell me if I have, I'll add it in.
