Violent Incidents/Deaths
- The Fourth Doctor reported that Rhade dropped dead unexpectedly from something that apparently resembled an allergic reaction. Rhade is advocating the matter be resolved privately.
- Prefect was found by Barron seriously injured, and apparently Barron reported who the assailant was to a warden.

Floods/Ports
- From August 10th to the 12th, we had a flood where ages were reversed. A 26 year old would become 62, etc.

Arrivals:
Wardens: Jim Kirk, Spike (both are returning from trips home), Doctor Caesares
Inmates: Richard Gecko, Viserys

Disappearances/Departures
Wardens: Edward Sexby, Angelica Sexby
Inmates: Hayley Stark, Marco Campbell, Mal Cobb (Graduation)
bargeblotter: (Dick)
Incidents:
-
Sveta accidentally cursed the Barge. Everyone was affected, although some more than others, and the affects generally seemed to cause the affected to have various forms of bad luck. Cooper shot her to end it, and was dealt with by his warden.
- Before Cooper got involved, Barron attacked Sveta and Howie, seriously injuring the latter before he was hurt as well.
- Jim Profit was poisoned during the incident by what was apparently one of Mozenrath's potions, although Snape and Mozenrath both deny his involvement. Nygma - while under the influence of the incident - attempted to break into Mozenrath's room to find an antidote.
- Morrigan cursed Sveta after the event ended.
- Irving Braxiatel was killed during the event. [Deleted as per Narvin's request.]

All these incidents have been dealt with, but if anyone has extra questions or something to bring up, feel free to bring it up here or with the involved parties. I was unconscious for most of the event, so I'm probably missing a few details here and there.

As for other unresolved issues, does anyone know where Hoffman got the heroin to attack Amanda?

Arrivals:
Wardens: Denise Mahoney, Bruce Banner, Sherlock Holmes (a different one), John Watson, Black Jack, Jack Shephard, the T-X, Tony Stark, Remus Lupin, Will Graham (returned after depature)
Inmates: Eddie Brock, Strelnikov, Zorg, Jim Moriarty
Departures:
Wardens: Miranda Bailey (vanished)
Inmates: Sylvanas Windrunner, Ardent (both vanished)

Violent incidents:

- I know I'm jumping the gun a little, as Sarah probably hasn't even sorted out what happened yet - but there's a very big question from this. Amanda Young was allegedly attacked by Mark Hoffman using heroin. How has an inmate got his hands on narcotics and been allowed to keep them? I won't report what actually happened, as I don't know, but that question needs answering.

- [A MASSIVE ETA:] Sarah Harding has reported here both the attack on her inmate, and admitted to a disproportionate violent response against Mark Hoffman. I will be following suggested procedure here in discussing whether disciplinary action is necessary, and in that case, what. In doing so, I would appreciate it if Luke Cage could give a statement of his version of events and if Morrigan could speak on Mark Hoffman's behalf once he has regained consciousness as to if there is a need for action to be taken.

If you would like to discuss this, please do not do so here, wait until I have organised an official discussion of disciplinary action. Even if you do not think it is necessary, there will be opportunity then to say so.

In accordance with the given procedure, I have accounted for Sarah Harding and vouched for her ability to do her job until a decision has been made. If any further illegitimate action is taken by her, I am also to be considered accountable.

Floods/Ports

- there was a flood on the 27th and 28th. Did anyone actually work out exactly what happened in it?

General announcements/requests

- Pursuant to K asking earlier about experienced educators (I seem to have lost where it was, I'm really sorry about that) and Dick recently following up on an offer to teach self defence, I have a suggestion: I think we should make a list available to all wardens of people's skills, and whether they're willing or able to teach them. Obviously, any list would be opt-in, and the only things that go on the list are what you want. It's mostly for convenience, but if anyone thinks that'll be useful, I'll start one this afternoon.

- Dr Jones made a request for people to work in the infirmary. All enquiries of that nature should be directed to her.

- [an ETA which is not an ETA, as I just forgot] Mr Nygma reported a pool cue missing. Has anyone found it yet, as it is a potentially dangerous weapon and shouldn't go unaccounted for for long.

- Equally, we agreed to a person for each floor to check common rooms for missing items - the following have been assigned:

1 - nobody as yet. Please volunteer if you live on 1.
2 - Edward Nygma.
3 - Nobody as yet. Same as 1.
4 - Nobody as yet, same as 1.
5 - Narvin
6 - K
7 - Neil Howie
8 - Chromie.

Misc:

- Why is there still a hideous mural on the seventh floor? Do we even know who did that?
- The deck hawk seems to be in the possession of Persephone.
- The garden is now in sole charge of Charlie Crews, due to Armand St Just's resignation.

Arrivals:
Wardens: Zuko

Departures:
Wardens: Captain Kirk (temporary)
Inmates: Jason Todd, John Doe (graduation)

Apologies if I've missed anything, I seem to have only half my notes here. Also, if you haven't done it yet, make sure to have your weapons added to the catalogue.

((ooc: This is posted just after today's plot starts. Just so I could have Howie lose bits of his notes. And yes. Howie will be mentioning that catalogue every week.))

Many reports were filed at the beginning of this week, I think I got all of them.

4/24:
K reported finding Cissie, killed by a vampire. Loki was killed as well.
Dick reported several kidnappings by Eddie Brock, whom Eddie Nygma assures us has been taken care of.
4/25:
Hoffman attacked Dracula with pencils. They both seem to be fine.
4/26:
Tim reported that Bruce Wayne is in a coma. His current condition is unknown. Infirmary?
Ariadne reported that Heero is also in a coma. Infirmary?
Aleera has confessed to the murder of Cissie, although due to the influence of the flood this and other similar crimes have been given acquittal.
Snape reported a presumably similar incident in which he and his inmate got into a fight.
Edward Sexby also confessed to the attempted murder of Narvin under the influence of the flood.
Sarah Harding found some disturbing sketches in Hoffman's room, although I am no longer aware what action is being taken on this front.

Although it's encouraged that you report any other serious incidents that took place during the flood as I was indisposed to keep records for the time being, please keep in mind that nobody was in control of their actions and for the most part such situations are being treated as accidental.

4/28:
Rex shot Narvin and Una. Both are alive, Narvin in the infirmary. Rex was taken down to Zero. Somebody needs to let him out, as he wasn't in his right mind at the time.

Yesterday, K, Narvin, Sherlock Holmes, Howie and I checked through our records while looking into the mass amnesia on board. Chang, Una, Paddy, Parker, Sarah, Nygma, Chuck, Bourne and I were all involved in efforts to remove the problem, and Laura Palmer was able to throw him overboard. Nobody should be surprised, but I can't seem to remember who it was.

I think Azula is the only person who has left the ship without being thrown overboard.

As usual, if I missed anything, let me know.

And yes, I spent a long time writing this, so no, I don't want to argue about who should be punished for what and how and why but if anybody wants to get some coffee, I'm game.

Oh right. And if anybody is still experiencing memory problems, check in with the infirmary.

A month's worth of posts. )

((ooc: I've probably missed some stuff, because my f-list didn't go back that far. Howie's also missed some stuff as he wasn't here for it, and I know there's two deaths missed off; Elle's and Mal's/Costigan's. That's deliberate, because he doesn't know about the second and the first, he's not writing up where everyone can see it. Lemme know, send me a note if there's anything missing/in there that shouldn't.

Also: Note to new folks - these are automatically warden-filtered.))

Sorry this is a bit late, even if it's for obvious reasons. Again, if there's anything I've missed, tell me.

A report under here )

The next report will be done this coming weekend by Stephanie Brown.

((ooc: I am pressing the magical backdate button. As Howie would have done this when he got back. But I didn't. As I fail. Also; will someone tell me how to do bullet points?

p.s. This isn't me making this a standard-format thing, Howie just liked how Dick did it.))

[Dated to after the resolution of the Frostmourne affair.]

It looks like no report was filed last week, but given what was going on at the time, that's perfectly understandable. This report, therefore, attempts to cover everything in the period from Dec. 31 to present. Please let me know if there is anything missing or inaccurate.
  • The incident with the missing vial mentioned in K's report of the 30th has been resolved, I believe.

  • Amanda Young abducted, assaulted, and mutilated Clapet, with the assistance of Blonsky. For further details of the incident, please inquire with Donny Donowitz or Stephanie Brown. Amanda herself was apprehended by Donny and Edward Sexby, with injuries; she is currently recovering in the infirmary. Am I correct in understanding that Amanda has no warden currently assigned to her? And if so, is anyone acting as her interim?

  • Rex was assaulted and murdered by one of the vampires.

  • Coyolxauhqui summoned her pantheon to invade the Barge. I recommend Sarah Harding's summary of the incident for its concision. The goddess is currently under the close supervision of her warden, who has assigned suitable disciplinary measures. The following people have been recovering from the Death Toll as a result of the incident: [List here.]

  • Arthas stole his sword back and went on yet another killing rampage. Several people were transformed by the effects of his sword. As well, Dionysus assaulted his warden, Arthur, and appears to have been responsible for spreading a viral infection. Snape formulated an antidote to the infection.

  • We've had several new arrivals in the last fortnight, including some returnees.
    • Wardens: Ariadne, Trip Tucker, Agent J, Sarah Harding, the Doctor, Thomas Cromwell, T-X, Deadpool*
    • Inmates: Roman, Louis, Valmont, the Master, Rassilon, Irving Braxiatel, Claudia, Arya, Lucy Saxon, Aaron Stampler

  • ADDED: The Master, on his return, pretended to be Sam Tyler. See Agent K's comments below on this and other issues.

  • Persephone has been demoted to Inmate status, for the assistance she rendered to Coyolxauhqui.

*[OOC: He's faking it currently, right?]

[Text | Warden Filter]

12-5: Clapet was attacked by West
12-6: Randal was bitten by a vampire
12-6: Joker sent to Zero for killing Shego
12-7: Tim beat on Joker while he was still detained
12-9: Someone attacked Nicki
12-9 - 12-10: Compulsive lying flood

On the plus side, there's still snow. If anybody wants me, I'm building myself a snow-fortress of solitude.

Right, and if I missed anything, let me know.
