Warden Incident Report - 29 August - filed by Una Persson

I apologise for the lateness of this week's report. If anyone has anything that I've missed, please let me know.

Violent incidents/deaths
Edward Sexby stabbed another inmate (non-fatally) and was confined to zero for three days.
Edward Sexby obtained his knife from General Chang. Una Persson is holding the knife and will give it to Chang's warden for appropriate disposal/discipline.
Barron Sharpe murdered O'Brien and Beatty. He has been placed in zero by Prefect.

Floods/Ports
A flood of some kind is currently ongoing. Wardens and inmates have been spontaneously reassigned and many appear to be unable to move more than a few feet from one another without experiencing nausea or discomfort.

Arrivals
Hannibal Lecter (Inmate)
Edward Sexby (Inmate)
Angelica Sexby Fanshawe (Warden)

General note
If you have not added your information to the weapons catalogue, please do so.

Warden Incident Report -22nd of August- Fiiled by Constable George Crabtree

I had been supposed to file this Friday, but I'm not entirely sure that on Friday this existed to file. I'm also not entirely sure what counts as having actually happened or not. I'm afraid this report is going to be terribly unhelpful.

Violent Incidents/Deaths
Mr. Hoffman was...cursed?
Mr. Slater was locked into his rooms?
There was an incident involving Mr. Harris, Mr. Menethil, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Winston, Mr. Lewis, Mr. Zuko, Miss Van Cleef, Miss Bennet, and Mr. Bourne. And ice. Please See Mr. Drake and Mr. Grayson for full details.
?

Floods/Ports
There was most certainly a flood which began on the 18th and ended on the 21st. Many...things occurred.

Arrivals
Mr. Stormheart: Warden
Mr. Le Bow (is that correct? I'm sorry, I don't speak French): Warden
A Miss Lua something
Mr. D.? : Warden

Warden Incident Report - 13th of August - filed by Dick Grayson

Violent Incidents/Deaths
- The Fourth Doctor reported that Rhade dropped dead unexpectedly from something that apparently resembled an allergic reaction. Rhade is advocating the matter be resolved privately.
- Prefect was found by Barron seriously injured, and apparently Barron reported who the assailant was to a warden.

Floods/Ports
- From August 10th to the 12th, we had a flood where ages were reversed. A 26 year old would become 62, etc.

Arrivals:
Wardens: Jim Kirk, Spike (both are returning from trips home), Doctor Caesares
Inmates: Richard Gecko, Viserys

Disappearances/Departures
Wardens: Edward Sexby, Angelica Sexby

warden incident report - filed 1 August by Una Persson

I'd have posted this on Friday, except that I happened to have wings and a beak and an inability to speak.

Luckily, it's been a rather quiet week. Bizarrely so. almost as if we all shut down for a few days. Has anyone got anything they need to report?

Also, please welcome George Crabtree to the reporting team.

Floods/Ports:
There was a flood in which many of us were transformed into animals. I'm currently unaware of any incidents that may have taken place in that time period; if you know of any, please report.

Added as the reports roll in )
Departures:
Wardens: Stephanie Brown, Wally West, Bruce Wayne, Wichita
Inmates: John Preston

warden incident report - 23rd of July - filed by Neil Howie.

Violent Incidents/Deaths

- Iago murdered Dr Jonathan Crane. The situation has been dealt with by his warden, the Marquis de Sade.

Announcements/General information or Enquiries

- I announced that my inmate (Elle Bishop) is not to be treated as my inmate, and is released from the threat of my punishment. If you have any issues with her, you are to deal directly with her, not me.

Floods/Ports

- From the 16th to the 19th we were at port in an island filled with dinosaurs. Which apparently resembled a film, but let's not go into that. Several people were injured and I am unsure on the potential death count - but all were as a result of the port. Sarah Harding, who has experience of a similar place and creation, advised that everyone who came into contact with the dinosaurs was checked by a doctor for infectious diseases. I presume by now, this has been done, but there's a reminder if you haven't yet.

Misc.

- Do we have an answer on where Hoffman's narcotics came from yet?

- Has anyone seen Stephanie Brown? I... I went to check up on this report, as it's really hers, and I couldn't find her. I don't want to assume she left immediately. If... If she has gone, I'll... Well, I'll need someone else to do this report with me. Any volunteers?

- What happened to those two guys in the shower? I was a little busy yesterday, so I might have missed it. Rex Lewis and Jim Profit, right? Was it a fight, or just an unfortunate incident?

Disappearances

Wardens: Spike (confirmed to be returning), Wally West. Charlie Crews.

Inmates: Elphaba Thropp (graduation), Zorg,

Warden Incident Report - 15th of July - filed by Dick Grayson

Incidents:
-
Sveta accidentally cursed the Barge. Everyone was affected, although some more than others, and the affects generally seemed to cause the affected to have various forms of bad luck. Cooper shot her to end it, and was dealt with by his warden.
- Before Cooper got involved, Barron attacked Sveta and Howie, seriously injuring the latter before he was hurt as well.
- Jim Profit was poisoned during the incident by what was apparently one of Mozenrath's potions, although Snape and Mozenrath both deny his involvement. Nygma - while under the influence of the incident - attempted to break into Mozenrath's room to find an antidote.
- Morrigan cursed Sveta after the event ended.
- Irving Braxiatel was killed during the event. [Deleted as per Narvin's request.]

All these incidents have been dealt with, but if anyone has extra questions or something to bring up, feel free to bring it up here or with the involved parties. I was unconscious for most of the event, so I'm probably missing a few details here and there.

As for other unresolved issues, does anyone know where Hoffman got the heroin to attack Amanda?

Arrivals:
Wardens: Denise Mahoney, Bruce Banner, Sherlock Holmes (a different one), John Watson, Black Jack, Jack Shephard, the T-X, Tony Stark, Remus Lupin, Will Graham (returned after depature)
Inmates: Eddie Brock, Strelnikov, Zorg, Jim Moriarty
Departures:
Wardens: Miranda Bailey (vanished)
Inmates: Sylvanas Windrunner, Ardent (both vanished)
bargeblotter: (Howie)
2011-07-08 12:07 pm

warden incident report - 8th of July - filed by Neil Howie.

Violent incidents:

- I know I'm jumping the gun a little, as Sarah probably hasn't even sorted out what happened yet - but there's a very big question from this. Amanda Young was allegedly attacked by Mark Hoffman using heroin. How has an inmate got his hands on narcotics and been allowed to keep them? I won't report what actually happened, as I don't know, but that question needs answering.

- [A MASSIVE ETA:] Sarah Harding has reported here both the attack on her inmate, and admitted to a disproportionate violent response against Mark Hoffman. I will be following suggested procedure here in discussing whether disciplinary action is necessary, and in that case, what. In doing so, I would appreciate it if Luke Cage could give a statement of his version of events and if Morrigan could speak on Mark Hoffman's behalf once he has regained consciousness as to if there is a need for action to be taken.

If you would like to discuss this, please do not do so here, wait until I have organised an official discussion of disciplinary action. Even if you do not think it is necessary, there will be opportunity then to say so.

In accordance with the given procedure, I have accounted for Sarah Harding and vouched for her ability to do her job until a decision has been made. If any further illegitimate action is taken by her, I am also to be considered accountable.

Floods/Ports

- there was a flood on the 27th and 28th. Did anyone actually work out exactly what happened in it?

General announcements/requests

- Pursuant to K asking earlier about experienced educators (I seem to have lost where it was, I'm really sorry about that) and Dick recently following up on an offer to teach self defence, I have a suggestion: I think we should make a list available to all wardens of people's skills, and whether they're willing or able to teach them. Obviously, any list would be opt-in, and the only things that go on the list are what you want. It's mostly for convenience, but if anyone thinks that'll be useful, I'll start one this afternoon.

- Dr Jones made a request for people to work in the infirmary. All enquiries of that nature should be directed to her.

- [an ETA which is not an ETA, as I just forgot] Mr Nygma reported a pool cue missing. Has anyone found it yet, as it is a potentially dangerous weapon and shouldn't go unaccounted for for long.

- Equally, we agreed to a person for each floor to check common rooms for missing items - the following have been assigned:

1 - nobody as yet. Please volunteer if you live on 1.
2 - Edward Nygma.
3 - Nobody as yet. Same as 1.
4 - Nobody as yet, same as 1.
5 - Narvin
6 - K
7 - Neil Howie
8 - Chromie.

Misc:

- Why is there still a hideous mural on the seventh floor? Do we even know who did that?
- The deck hawk seems to be in the possession of Persephone.
- The garden is now in sole charge of Charlie Crews, due to Armand St Just's resignation.

Arrivals:
Wardens: Zuko

Departures:
Wardens: Captain Kirk (temporary)
Inmates: Jason Todd, John Doe (graduation)

Apologies if I've missed anything, I seem to have only half my notes here. Also, if you haven't done it yet, make sure to have your weapons added to the catalogue.

((ooc: This is posted just after today's plot starts. Just so I could have Howie lose bits of his notes. And yes. Howie will be mentioning that catalogue every week.))

Warden Incident Report - 24th of June - Filed by Stephanie Brown

[ Warden Filter! ]

From the 17th until the 20th we were docked at OS-19. A bunch of people fell off ship and were integrated into the world, myself included, so I don't know if anything serious happened during that time.

Apart from that, the only thing that's really happened this week is David wrecking his room and people arguing. Of course, I'm only human and I've been sort of re-acclimating myself to a tech-less existence, so if I missed anything let me know.

Also if anyone needs help with their souvenirs, I'm totally the girl to talk to.

Arrivals: None?
Departures: Eris

Warden Incident Report - 17th of June - filed by Dick Grayson

Port:
From June 17 to June 20th, we pulled into port at Orbital Station 19, a futuristic space station. Several people fell overboard, and I assume got pulled back, since no one's made panicky posts about people going missing. The people who fell overboard were assimilated into the society of the port with no memories of the Barge, and if anything happened specifically in port, I'm afraid my rescue mission took most of my attention from the network. Is everyone accounted for, and is there anything people want to bring to attention?

Incidents/Warnings:
- David kidnapped his warden, Jason Bourne, and impersonated him for several days. Slick and potentially others were involved, but a formal report was never made, so questions should probably be tossed to Bourne for now, who eventually freed himself with the help of some wardens (and apparently Heero Yuy [Edited in later:] and Slade Wilson?) and reported it here.
  • [Edited in:] Bourne was held in Hoffman's room for the duration of the impersonation. Will Graham, Slade Wilson and Heero Yuy rescued Bourne, and Slick was somehow involved in the incident as well. Any further questions can be directed to Bourne, Graham, the inmates themselves or the inmate's respective wardens.
- Snape made an announcement regarding the new arrival, Sirius Black.
- Kay reported that his inmate, William Cooper, wasn't taking reentry to the Barge well. Cooper later broke into Jim Kirk's room and was taken to Zero by Kay.

Arrivals: Wanda Maximoff, Sirius Black, Leezar, Harold
Disappearances: Treize Kushrenada, Andrew Wells, Ariadne
Departures: Bruce Wayne, Edward Nygma, Armand St. Just (Bruce and Nygma have returned to the Barge at this time, as has Armand)

Next week's report will be done by Steph.

Warden incident report - 11 June, filed by Una for Howie (backdated to Saturday)

We've just come to the end of a flood in which a large number of us appear to have had personality transplants. The exact logic behind the flood remains unclear, to the best of my knowledge. I understand that at least one individual was turned into a zombie, and there were other, relatively minor physical conflicts as well.

This, apart from some deliberate pot-stirring by various individuals in the wake of the mayhem documented in last week's report, appears to have been the extent of this week's troubles. If I've missed anything, please let me know.

Next week's report will be filed by Dick Grayson.

[Apologies for the lateness and lameness.]

warden incident report - 3rd of June - filed by Howie for Una.

- Last week's flood turned out to be one where you had things you had done wrong turned back on yourself. I'm led to believe all effects, vermin infestations included, are dealt with and gone.

- As a sub note to that, during the flood - Rinzler died, and Ardent appeared to be framed for the murder. Once Rinzler was revived, he explained the actual events surrounding his death, and Ardent did not hurt or injure Rinzler. Subsequent matters have been dealt with between his warden and others.

- Here, Sarah Harding reported two previous incidents involving her inmate, and suggested some sort of psychological training for any wardens interested.

- Narvin and myself put forward a proposal as to the application of justice between wardens. Any further input on this would be much appreciated, and very useful. On that note, it was suggested in addition to that proposal that we require a minimum vote to ensure a punishment is carried out.

- As best reported by K here, Edward Sexby attacked the Marquis de Sade. Agent K has taken some level of responsibility for making sure justice is met, and I leave that matter in his, and anyone else willing's hands.

His inmate still requires someone to watch her. I cannot properly answer questions on this due to some level of personal involvement at the moment, please direct them to Agent K or the parties involved.

The next report will be filed by Una Persson, as we swapped this week. great timing on my part.

warden incident report - 27th of May - filed by Neil Howie for Stephanie Brown

There only seems to be the flood, this week, but that's got... problems of it's own.

Does anyone have a definitive idea what it might be? I have a sneaking suspicion, but it's hard to know just from observing, as I've been unaffected. [as far as he knows.]

So far, from what I've seen, we've had:

- Infestations - Rats (O'Brien) and bats (Prefect).
- Inflicted injuries/pains of varying kinds (Angelica Sexby, Sylvanas Windrunner, Amanda Young, and several others)
- Theft/removal of property (Vila) - this could be an isolated incident and not flood related, admittedly. I can investigate, if nobody else wants to. It's not like I have anything else to do.
- Uncharacteristic behaviour (Narvin, Hoffman, to name a few)
- Locked in/out of places. (Patrick was locked in Zero, the Doctor is locked out of places.
- Change in physical appearance (Edward Sexby only, I think?)

Can anyone find a link between these things? As I... can certainly see a potential one for some of these things, but... he wouldn't do that, would he? [oops, personal opinion. Back to the facts.]

On a much more serious note, since the flood started, there have been two reported deaths.

- Rinzler was found dead by Miss Parker, who made a video record of some of the scene. A few people were going to help her. Has anyone investigated properly yet, and found or talked to the main suspect?

- Tim Drake was reported to be dead by Stephanie Brown. [filtered away from Steph. If he can manage it.] And if everyone could account for their weapons, just to prove to her that Tim isn't dead, that'd be appreciated. I believe the flood is making her believe it despite all evidence otherwise, and I've tried to make her question it, as I'm sure many of you have too, and it's not working. So I'm not sure what to do with that. If you have talked to her, have you noticed her... go weird? Like in a trance weird? [/Back to regular filters.]

I'd also like to remind everyone to contribute to the Weapons Catalogue if you own such a thing. [reminding you is what Howie does.]

Departures (apologies for forgetting earlier): Inmates - Ray,
Wardens - B'Elanna.

The next report will be filed by Una Persson.

Warden filter - Weapons Catalogue - Text, posted by Una Persson

Pursuant to a suggestion from the Marquis, this post will serve as a catalogue for the weapons on board the Barge. Please respond with a list of all the weapons you own, including but not limited to guns, knives, swords, axes, laser pistols, ray guns, large crowbars, gas pellets, traquiliser darts, muskets, flintlocks, stilettos, spanners or other repurposed tools, lead pipes, grenades, Semtex, tear gas canisters, nunchuks, lances, pikes, halberds, daggers, holy water, consecrated maces, sword sticks, repurposed kitchenware or farming implements, dwarf bread, flamethrowers, bombs, land mines, caltrops, miscellaneous chemical weaponry, mind control/modification devices, Swiss army knives, sharpened steel rulers, homemade "shanks", et cetera.

And just because I haven't listed it is no reason to leave it off, damn it. I said "including but not limited to". Make and model, if applicable, is helpful as well.

Furthermore, if your inmate has been given permission by you to bear a weapon, include your inmate's name and what weapons he or she possesses.

Note that participation in this catalogue is voluntary, but I will say that to my own mind, it's in everyone's best interests to participate, and honestly.

[Not that she's holding her breath, but what the hell.]

Warden Incident Report - 29 April - filed by Stephanie Brown

[ Text ]

Many reports were filed at the beginning of this week, I think I got all of them.

4/24:
K reported finding Cissie, killed by a vampire. Loki was killed as well.
Dick reported several kidnappings by Eddie Brock, whom Eddie Nygma assures us has been taken care of.
4/25:
Hoffman attacked Dracula with pencils. They both seem to be fine.
4/26:
Tim reported that Bruce Wayne is in a coma. His current condition is unknown. Infirmary?
Ariadne reported that Heero is also in a coma. Infirmary?
Aleera has confessed to the murder of Cissie, although due to the influence of the flood this and other similar crimes have been given acquittal.
Snape reported a presumably similar incident in which he and his inmate got into a fight.
Edward Sexby also confessed to the attempted murder of Narvin under the influence of the flood.
Sarah Harding found some disturbing sketches in Hoffman's room, although I am no longer aware what action is being taken on this front.

Although it's encouraged that you report any other serious incidents that took place during the flood as I was indisposed to keep records for the time being, please keep in mind that nobody was in control of their actions and for the most part such situations are being treated as accidental.

4/28:
Rex shot Narvin and Una. Both are alive, Narvin in the infirmary. Rex was taken down to Zero. Somebody needs to let him out, as he wasn't in his right mind at the time.

Yesterday, K, Narvin, Sherlock Holmes, Howie and I checked through our records while looking into the mass amnesia on board. Chang, Una, Paddy, Parker, Sarah, Nygma, Chuck, Bourne and I were all involved in efforts to remove the problem, and Laura Palmer was able to throw him overboard. Nobody should be surprised, but I can't seem to remember who it was.

I think Azula is the only person who has left the ship without being thrown overboard.

As usual, if I missed anything, let me know.

And yes, I spent a long time writing this, so no, I don't want to argue about who should be punished for what and how and why but if anybody wants to get some coffee, I'm game.

Oh right. And if anybody is still experiencing memory problems, check in with the infirmary.
