Incidents of note this week:

Will Graham was forced to shoot Severen when he was cornered by him in the hallway. Severen was left by Mr. Graham after he was shot, but appeared to be mostly recovered when he resumed activity on the journals.

There was a flood in which we took on characteristics of figures from children's programming. Many people seemed to have suffered amnesia after the event. Counselling might be required.

Eames has reported a missing vial of an as of yet unidentified but purportedly dangerous substance. The details of this vial are a glass vial, around 5 centimeters in length, with a black, plastic lid. The substance itself is yellow brown. There were no signs of forced entry according to him and we're to be on the look out for it. I suggest the laboratory materials be monitored more closely in case of duplication and the kitchens keep a really close eye on food preparation.
